He has helped develop managers across Europe and the Middle East, in services from Stockbroking to Healthcare.
Management of finance touches every organisation and Phil helps managers understand more about their financial impact. He specialises in custom designing programmes so that the language of finance can be easily applied, and everyone can appreciate their contribution in financial terms. Phil usually takes a brief from the Finance Director to establish training objectives and ensures all training can be easily implemented.
